The driver was friendly and on time (in fact he was early and waited for us! Thank you) However, the reason for 4 star is because the day before our travel (18 hours before) I received a call from the company who asked me to upgrade the van as they told me the type of van that I booked couldn't fit 6 passengers and 6 medium luggages - which is exactly what they advertised on their website. This was very cheeky of them to ask me to pay extra - they should have honoured what they advertised on their website and my booking. Eventually they sent me a big enough van for me. But I felt this was unacceptable and unnecessary for their customers!

We had a terrible experience with the driver sent by Blue Airport Transfer. En route to our destination, the driver said that he hadn’t been paid by the company, and threatened to stop the car by the side of the road until payment came through. We’d already made the payment at the point of booking, so this was between the driver and Blue. It was incredibly unsafe to threaten to stop the car until payment had been made and there was little we could do. We contacted the company to ask that payment be released, and also offered to pay the driver in cash as we were desperate to reach our destination and get out of this unsafe situation. Eventually the payment came through and the driver was appeased. This was an all round horrible experience where we felt unsafe the entire time- though it seems like other people have had a great experience with Blue. Happy to get in touch to provide more information around this so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.

This is risky if it’s an airport transfer. Blue Airport Transfer show up, nice vehicle, professional drivers. It’s the only company I will be using from now on.
