Whats the cancelation Policy?

Cancellation Bookings can be canceled in advance by giving 12 hours notice and the £6 Cancellation charges will be applied for the advance cancellation. Any booking made based on paying cash to the driver secured with a credit card or debit card will be charged the full fare in the event of Cancellations notified less than 12 hours. All pre-paid booking cancellations notified less than 12 hours will not be refunded Terms and Conditions Note: If you change your plan or like to update the date you can do so and we can reserve your amount for certain bookings and we can adjust it in future bookings. There will be no cancellation or changing date charges if it is the same route.

Are you provided with meet and greet service?

We provide MEET & GREET Service the Driver has to park the car and he will be inside the terminal with the Name Board.

What time do you need to book a taxi?

Just a reminder that you need to book at least 4 hours before your pick-up time since we are a pre-booking cab service.
